Roger Gracie Academy Buckinghamshire was one of the first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) clubs in the Mid and South Bucks area. It's run by Roger Gracie Brown belt Kevin Capel and Roger Gracie blue belt Yasmine Wilson.

The aim of RGAB is to promote the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lifestyle and excellent ground fighting skills, coupled with superior conditioning to deal with the rigours of sparring and competition.

We promote a friendly but competitive training atmosphere that suits serious competitors and recreational players alike.

High Wycombe: Tuesdays 7pm-9.30pm. Thursdays 7pm - 9pm. Aylesbury: Fridays 7pm-9pm. Sundays 7pm-9.30pm.
