Charity Seminar - 04/02/2012

This weekend we hosted a seminar with Nic Gregariades, One of Roger Gracies first Black Belts. Nic is currently doing a seminar tour around various academies in the UK raising money for the Kwazulu Natal Childrens Aid charity in South Africa (http://www.kwazulunatalchildrensaid.com/). We raised £400 for the charity and everyone had a great time.
Nic is well known for his great teaching style and after 4 hours of great tuition its safe to say everyone took something positive from the seminar and lots of details and concepts to improve their Jiu Jitsu. Nic G covered joint mobility exercises, submission drills, foot locks and sparring.
